Eligibility Requirements

Each young man accepted into the organization must meet the following criteria:

Must be between the ages of 7 and 18
GPA(grade point average) 2.0 or higher
Must be of good character
Must pay membership fees at time of completion of application
Applicant and Parent MUST attend initial Interview Session together on (Date will be disclosed to applicants who submit the application by the deadline)
Must pay membership fees at time of interview session
Must commit to attending workshops, group activities, and end of year Gala

Applications are accepted year-round Applicant must complete entire form to be considered for membership. If student does not have a cell phone or email address, please put N/A. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting application. No fee or completed application equals no start with the organization.
